NYC singer-songwriter Jen Chapin releases her new album, Reckoning, on May 20, a new collection of original songs written in her distinctive blend of urban folk/jazz/pop storytelling, reckoning with the challenges of balancing creativity with the humorous and all-too real demands of motherhood and social activism. I did the photography for the album. Jen was looking for something artistic, a “spectrum of textures” to reflect the theme of the CD. “Loving them —  [your] creativity is awe-inspiring. Thank you thank you thank you!” was her feedback.
