words by the bride

Here’s something I discovered about love
Love has no boundaries, sees no color and it’s an emotion we all take for granted at times.
The most romantic thing
is when Brian is loving and generous with my family.
The night before my wedding, I dreamt
about something horrible happening. Like someone stealing my wedding gown or my cake toppling over.
Craziest thing we did
was try to conquer each others fear of heights.
So last year we went to St. Martin and thought it was a brilliant idea to go
I knew I was falling in love when
i missed him even though he was still in the next room.
First time I said I love you
was actually through text msg believe it or not.
Its awful I know but that was the 1st time I told Brian “I LOVE YOU.”
Of course Brian was in a meeting that 1st half of the morning so he didn’t respond back to me until the late afternoon which left me assuming all sorts of scenarios to why he wasn’t responding to me.
When he proposed
i saw so much emotion in his eyes.
In his eyes, I see
love in the rawest form.
The most memorable “I love you” was
at our rehearsal. While standing at the alter and after saying his vows he mouthed “I love you.”
It’s a moment that felt very powerful and one I will never forget.
